Apple is reportedly working on an app that would allow iPhone Xs owners to easily view photos from a camera on their iPhone X. A new report by MacRumors claims that the company is working on a new photo viewer app that will let users take photos from the iPhone X’s camera on the new iPhones.
Users will be able to select from a list of photo albums on the display and use the app to view them from a single camera.
The app will also work with other iOS 8-related apps like iMessage, Messages, and Maps.
The feature would be similar to the photo app that Apple has added to the iOS 8 Photos app, but instead of taking photos from its camera, the app will take photos with a third-party camera.
Apple recently added an app called Lightpath that allows users to share photos from their smartphones, which has also been available in the past.
However, it’s unclear how the new Lightpath app would work with the iPhone’s camera.iPhone Xs users will be eligible to receive the new app if it’s approved by Apple, MacRumor reports.
The feature has not been approved by the company yet, and is reportedly still in the early stages of development.
